Biography

Representative Jim Carns is beginning his sixth term in the House.

Representative Carns is a graduate of the University of Alabama and holds a B.S. Degree in Engineering.

He enjoys golf, walking and reading.

Representative Carns is married, has three children and six grandchildren.
